By scheduling service with Homer Heatworx, you agree to the following terms:

Service Rates

All services are billed at our current hourly rate with a one-hour minimum unless otherwise stated. Travel time is also billed to the customer at the hourly rate unless noted otherwise.

Emergency service is billed at a higher hourly rate and is subject to availability.

Estimates

Any estimates provided are based on initial information and visible conditions. Additional repairs or unforeseen issues may affect final pricing. Approval will be discussed before proceeding with additional work whenever possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept approved payment methods at the time of service.

Access to Equipment

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all equipment and work areas. Unsafe conditions may delay or prevent service.

Parts and Materials

Any parts installed remain the property of Homer Heatworx until payment is made in full.

Warranty

Labor and parts warranties, if applicable, are limited to manufacturer warranties and standard workmanship practices. Normal wear, misuse, or unrelated failures are not covered.

Cancellations

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Liability

Homer Heatworx is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or system failures unrelated to the work performed.
